My old Merc is a bit of a drama queen, she’s 20, and has been looked after by Jason for the last 4 years, during which time, I have enjoyed lots of fun and she has only visited for a service and MOT, the service is great value for money, they talk to me about anything that needs doing, and every time she flies the MOT with not even an advisory!
The only time she has visited the main agent, they had her for 3 visits before charging me a mint and not fixing the issue, Jason at Prestige on the other hand listed to the woman owner and told me what the issue was, so I could get a refund from the agent!
Prestige are honest, hard working and helpful, they understand the marques they take on and charge an inexpensive price for a great job, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
